Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings during their stay. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements. Parking:
Secure off-street parking is available for guests upon request. Parking is at your own risk. Maximum Occupancy:
Only registered guests may stay overnight, two per room. No extra visitors without prior arrangement. Lost Keys:
A replacement fee may be charged for lost keys.
